Meeting May 28, the committee finalized that Chief Frost's bicycle safety programming will run from 5 to 7 p.m. on July 3rd, with a concert to follow at 6:30 p.m., and endorsed the 215th Army Band's July 8 appearance at Billerica High School as a 250th-sponsored event. A committee member identified as Kelly reported ordering 60 shirts at roughly 47 cents each and was negotiating silk-screen printing through a local vendor called ADG, with the committee reaffirming its earlier vote for a four-inch chest logo.
