The Billerica Substance Abuse Prevention committee reorganized its leadership and approved funding for two recovery fundraisers at its August 12 meeting. Members reelected Dina Favreau as chair, elected Darlene Torrey vice chair, elected Eric Szymanski treasurer and reelected Dan Viola secretary.
