Billerica Assessors Enter Executive Session on Tax Cases After Brief Open Meeting

BILLERICA — February 27, 2025 — Billerica Board of Assessors holds a brief open session before closing for tax appeal deliberations. The three-member board, including Chair Great Lad, Richard Sandlin, and John Spivell, unanimously accepted regular and executive session minutes from its January 28 meeting and voted 3-0 to enter executive session to discuss Appellate Tax Board cases, exemptions, and abatements. A 380C application that had been scheduled for review was removed from consideration after the applicant withdrew before the meeting.
