Billerica Assessors Enter Executive Session on Tax Cases After Brief Open Meeting

BILLERICA — February 27, 2025 — Billerica Board of Assessors holds a brief open session before closing for tax appeal deliberations. The three-member board, including Chair Great Lad, Richard Sandlin, and John Spivell, unanimously accepted regular and executive session minutes from its January 28 meeting and voted 3-0 to enter executive session to discuss Appellate Tax Board cases, exemptions, and abatements. A 380C application that had been scheduled for review was removed from consideration after the applicant withdrew before the meeting. No outcomes from the executive session were announced on the public record.
