Billerica Library Board of Trustees seats new member, approves Holiday Festival, and marks a retirement. The board unanimously welcomed Tom Considine, a lifelong Billerica resident and Billerica Memorial High School library aide, as its newest trustee at the June 3 meeting.

Billerica Library trustees elected new leadership and cleared an outdated policy at their December 4 meeting. The board unanimously elected Ellen as chair, with Maggie continuing as vice chair and Michelle as secretary, following the outgoing chair's invitation to new members to step up.
