Billerica Housing Authority's executive director announced his retirement, effective January 31, 2027, at the board's August 13 meeting. The director, who joined the BHA in August 2015, told commissioners he had been considering the move since early 2025 and cited personal financial considerations and family encouragement, saying, "my daughters have urged me to retire."
