Billerica Library Hosts WBZ's Eric Fisher for Weather Talk Tonight

Billerica Public Library will host WBZ meteorologist Eric Fisher tonight for a free discussion on weather and climate, the library's featured event of the week as it continues building out its slate of adult programming at the Concord Road building.

Billerica Public Library welcomes WBZ meteorologist Eric Fisher to its Concord Road building tonight for "Weather and Climate with Eric Fisher," a free talk beginning at 7 p.m. Library staff are asking attendees to register in advance. The program adds to a summer lineup of adult events the library has been rolling out alongside its ongoing Adult Summer Reading Challenge.

The Masshire Lowell Mobile Career Center, a job-resource van for area job seekers, returns to the library's parking lot Monday, July 27, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Family Friends of the Library, the library's volunteer support group, hosts an ice cream social Tuesday, July 28, at 6 p.m., with details available through the library.
