Billerica Assessors Enter Executive Session on Abatement Cases and Griggs Farm

BILLERICA — October 17, 2025 — Billerica Board of Assessors closes session to address abatement cases and Griggs Farm. The board held a brief regular session on October 17, 2025, approving regular and executive session minutes from its July 11 meeting before immediately voting to enter executive session. Chair Johns-Friedel and member Griggs both voted aye on the roll call to close the meeting, which was called to discuss 2025 A-2B abatement applications, senior exemptions, and the Griggs Farm property. No public comment was taken and the board did not return to open session.
